 Post subject: New menu skin

After being bored by the plain gray screen I saw everytime I started MD I decided to change that.
I have made a new skin using the textures from the old menu. I used the current nightly source version (2012-09-26) as source
Additionally I added a refresh function for the list.
I also changed server list and password dialog.
I modified all windows to have no maximize button anymore and made them unable to be resized as well.

I just don't get .diff patches to work so I upload all modified files in a .zip

Hello again!
As I just have some time at the moment I decided to tweak the menu screen again.

I have changed the buttons to display another image when hovered and edited the logo image to be displayed bigger.
Here's the new screen:

I have also tweaked (and cleaned up) the "Menu.cs Code a bit.

The main code changes:
    - Moved some methods to be in a more logical order (Button_Click events)
    - Added some variables for the button images
    - Renamed the buttons from "buttonx" to more understandable values like "button_singleplayer"

Attention:
I have edited the logo.png used in menu to fit in better - the edited file is in the attachments, just replace the old one.
Because of my little code cleanup I renamed the 2 button pictures used in the menu screen.
I renamed them as following:
"button4.png" --> "button.png"
"button4_sel.png" --> "button_sel.png"

After a LOT of failed tries I got GIT (and VS 2012) to generate me a patch.
The only thing I don't know is if I have done it correctly (I never used GIT before).
So here is my updated menu skin as a .patch for the current version 2013-02-06...
The updated logo.png can be found in my previous post.

The buttons in main menu look a bit strange:

Something went wrong with transparency of button texture or does this concern only me? I am running MD on Linux via Mono.
Do I have to manually replace / rename textures or the logo?
On mouseover, the buttons look fine.

Strange...
I never actually tried it with Linux, but I think I did all buttons the same way.
I will check it though, as soon as possible (could take a few days - lots of stuff happening)...

I now also encounter this bug using Mono on Linux Mint 14.
I will look into this in the next week. ;)

OK, found and solved the problem, YoDigger.
The reason was one of the buttons didn't use RGB color space...

In the attachment there is a patch for this problem.
I also uploaded the picture as I don't know (again) if GIT did what I wanted it to do.
