I hope you don't Mind me posting in your topic, YoDigger...

First of all: I did not make this. exe sent it to me in IRC.

This is a .patch for a problem that only occurs when you use a SQLite-Editor to delete the "special chunk" in a save file, where time, mod data and other stuff are stoed in.
The problem I faced after having to do this (note to self: never set BuildLog number of blocks too high) was the grass on my server not growing anymore.
exe described the problem as follows:
The time of the last block-update is stored in the "special chunk". If you delete it, current time gets reset (but apparently not the saved time of the last update).
This patch fixes it by setting last update to current time if stored value is bigger than current time.

ENet update + minor fixes
Changes:
  • Removed password encryption to fix login.
  • Skin server URL is being read from http://manicdigger.sourceforge.net/skinserver.txt (this file needs to be created).
  • Added fluids mod (wil).
  • Moved PermissionBlock mod to Unused folder so it's not being loaded by default.
  • Fixed menu button image and chunk update (croxxx).
  • Updated ENetCS in MD to newly released version.
    It officially supports now Linux and Mac and fixes our IP display issue.
  • Reorganized and split network code.
  • Fixed input bug on server console (fixes infinite empty input).
  • Added DisconnectPlayer modding API function.

Here are my changes I just posted in this topic.
I changed that fog is displayed up to view distances of 256 and changed the fog type to exp2.
I also altered the way people get notified when they get kicked/banned (the DisconnectPacket handling).
They now get a Message with the title "Diconnected from server" which contains the reason specified in the DisconnectPacket.

This patch adds 2 new Mod API functions.

  • GetGroupName(int player) - Returns a string containing the name of the player's group (e.g. Admin)
  • GetGroupColor(int player) - Returns the player's group color as a string (e.g. &e)

Hi all. Here's another patch ;) .

This patch fixes (or better correctly implements) the two Modding-API functions OnPlayerLeave() and OnPlayerDisconnect().
Before they weren't called at all. Now they're both called properly when a player disconnects (inside the KillPlayer() method).
