Hi, I just want to say that you guys are fighting the good fight against the closed-source community, Minecraft. I bet the community mostly consists of marketing operatives going, "Buy, Buy, Buy! Buy, damn it!!! *rages*". I do not know how the fack Minecraft became popular, which is still low compared to more delivering reputable titles.

Anyways, I hope that the design of the open-source smack down Minecraft and its gulliable customers for trying to act 'too big to fail'. I guess the trademark is more important than open-source; wow, that's one sure respectable message for users.

Who sucks are you, this is more a minecraft clone than minecraft be a infiniminer clone, and it uses textures just almost exactly like minecraft creative use them... well, recently I am having java issues, it dont let me play minecraft survival AND times before minecraft page just got abducted by nothing, which dont let minecraft creative be populated, I had to use a minecraft creative texture pack so I could turn Manic Digger into Minecraft Creative Map, BUT I dont know how to make a server, but, when I know, I will make a server called Minecraft Creative Rebirth...

...yeah, rebirth, then I have to be thankful to who made this game AND this game is good, many other minecraft clones sucks... minecraft is a good game and infiniminer to... I dont have anything vs clones, and minecraft creative IS a clone, minecraft survival isn't a clone, it is to different from infiniminer, then it does sence to earn money with minecraft survival, I dont like when total clones are payd, cubelands, for example, isnt payd BUT it trys to get money with a ''better version of cubelands'' which have a very low difference from ''normal cubelands'', PLUS, manic digger earns a lot being minecraft clone, because this is basicaly a tree, The Voxel Games Tree:

Infiniminer -> Minecraft Classic -> Various clones like cubelands and manic digger

1. Maybe, but new release every half year (official release, not mods) or every YEAR in worst case? Paying for testing beta? Notch should pay YOU for testing, not the opposite. Oh, by the way - nightly builds are released every month and sometimes (=very often) several times/month.
2. Where exactly? Y'know - t can be easily fixed.
3. It will be, you'll see...
4. It is already 95% done. Last 5% will be done by October. Then exe will start making fun stuff.
5. Oh, it nice to know that you use Windows and not Linux which is reliable, stable, safe and open-source. You'll make great test subject for new virus I made, specially for you - click here.
6. MD can be played in more ways that minecraft. And it cost less. (Software is like sex - it is better if you don't have to pay for it - Linus Torvalds)
7. Because there is no need for that - everything is free, including custom skins, monster support, etc. And those advanced options of your probably =paid options.
8. I have 4gb RAM, Intel Core2Quad Q9450 (thinking about upgrading to i7, but I have to raise some money first), GeForce 9600GT, 720GB HDD and STILL Manic Digger is faster than MC. And after last improvements in the worldgen is as fast as before.

Since my last post didn't make quite the point I was trying to, I am going to try one more time. (I am the person who did the list that people replied to).

Okay first I am not from AnonOps was it? I don't even know what that is.
Second, I want to say that I think I must have seen an old list of differences between Manic
Digger and Minecraft.
Third, I am a game programmer too you know, I am programming a 3G Minecraft inspired
game. Although we hope to appeal with fans with the more realistic feel.
Fouth, READ THIS ONE, okay this is my main point. Why do some of you people register
accounts on Manic Digger forums if you don't like it? You are arguing about this when you
could be out there on Minecraft forums.
And finally, this is for all of you Manic Digger fans out there on YouTube showing the world
Manic Digger, that's why Minecraft has done so well. And if you are on the side of "why do
people play Minecraft?" go watch X's adventures in Minecraft. He doesn't know about Manic
Digger either so he's just playin the game.

So a little longer than I had meant it to be. I have to say this but go play whatever game you play! Especially, those Minecraft fans. I have to stress the importance that you guys gotta get this out there. I would love to see competition and it makes improvements. I have to tell you to enjoy it while it lasts though, because as soon as our Journeys 3D comes out, we are going to be taking the plate. Because you can't beat our group of determined programmers. I don't want to be bragging yet though, I want competition and who knows what will happen before we get it out. And as a last comment, Journeys 3D is a side comment so please don't fill up stuff about how I am overconfident and all that, I know.
